This photo immediately stood out from the rest of the photos on the page. The colors, the detail, and the composition all come together nicely to make a wonderful photograph. So many people these days are just using HDR on everything and in my opinion that is just a cop out; HDR only works for certain situations and this being one of them. You would not have been able to capture the beauty of this room without the use of HDR. I am sure the light situations in this building were horrendous but the HDR easily overcomes this, and the wide angle always you to not only see these magnificent archways but the room off to the left and down the long corridor ahead. Overall great photography I would love to see more HDR photos like this on DA!
